Our custom wood doors are truly beyond compare. The veneers for our stiles and rails are sawn from solid lumber at our plant utilizing our Wintersteiger frame saw and are a generous 3.5mm (1/8") before finish sanding. Because we cut these door skins ourselves out of the species you choose, we have the most control over matching and consistency of color and grain - the end result being the most pleasing to the eye. In the case of a louver door, the individual blades are also run from the same lumber as the stiles and rails.
